What You’ll Do

Assess, plan, and deliver hospice-focused nursing care.

Support patients and families through symptom management, comfort measures, and emotional guidance.

Educate families on care plans, medications, and what to expect through each stage.

Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in hospice nursing.

What You Bring

Active RN licensure in Ohio

At least one year of recent clinical experience (acute, med-surg, long-term care, or hospice)

CPR certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time-management and documentation skills

Hospice experience preferred, but compassionate professionals from other backgrounds are absolutely welcome
