Senior Electrical Designer

A company is looking for a Senior-Level Electrical Designer to join their Power Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects and teams in delivering electrical designs and 3D models for power generation projects

Generate raceway, lighting, and power plans, and perform calculations for electrical systems

Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project teams using various project management tools

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in electrical component and systems design, preferably in power generation

Proficiency in 3D modeling, preferably using SmartPlant3D or similar tools

Experience in designing electrical systems including duct banks, embedded conduits, and cable trays

Ability to manage project schedules, scopes, and budgets, especially for Lead Electrical Designers

Capability to work independently with limited direction and effectively lead project teams
