Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Administration
- Supervise daily nursing operations in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support policy development and ensure nursing manuals are current and followed.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and facility inspections.
- Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
Staff Management
Ensure adequate staffing of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during your shift.Assign duties, monitor performance, and support team development.Conduct evaluations, manage disciplinary actions fairly, and foster a positive work culture.Resident Care
Conduct rounds, monitor resident conditions, and provide direct care as needed.Collaborate with physicians and families to develop personalized care plans.Oversee medication administration and treatment schedules.Safety & Infection Control
Promote and enforce safety standards and infection control protocols.Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and care plans.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility data security policies.Benefits

✅ Education & Experience
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in long-term care.Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.✅ Licenses & Certifications
Active RN license in the state.Current CPR certification.Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
