Lead Instrumentation Engineer

Overview

We have an immediate need for a Lead Instrumentation Engineer in Aurora, OH.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Lead Engineer on project work for clients and is responsible for gathering and analyzing technical data used to furnish a design package of instruments to fulfill scope of work requirements that include, generating instrument lists, I / O lists, specifications, procurement submittals, operation & maintenance documents, training, and related design documents.
• Actual hands-on experience with specifying, procuring, and calibrating instruments (i.e. flow, level, temperature, analytical, pressure, etc.).
• Perform as lead instrumentation engineer interfacing with customers.
• Maintain effective communication with project team members, other departments, suppliers, and clients.
• Perform basic field commissioning and start-up of process control systems as they relate to instrumentation.
• Direct and check the work of designers and engineers ensuring all standards are met.
