This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Lakeville, MN office.

The contributions you will make :

This position will focus on developing a deep understanding of credit and how enhancements and modifications impact the channels and products offered through Agri-Access and Leasing. They will align and collaborate with credit, business process, SMEs, training, change management, business technology and other support teams to ideate, plan, and execute work.

Our job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.). The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.

Base Pay

$66,000 — $99,700 USD
