Welding Shop / Field Helper

McCarthy Fabrication LLC is looking for motivated individual's to join our team. The position will require experience in commercial and heavy civil construction in regards to structural and ornamental steel work. This includes Reading blue prints, layout, Rigging, welding 3g&4g smaw, fcaw, gtaw plasma cutting, finish work and field fabrication. Safety is #1 and we required all employees to have good safe work practices.

This position requires no previous experience in the welding / metal fabrication field but does required you to be ready to learn, willing to listen / follow instructions and be able to work outside.

You will be actively assisting our Field Installers / Welder fabricators in a wide variety of capacities that will include but are not limited to :

• Delivering completed projects to customers.
• Installing projects on site
• Loading and Unloading trucks.
• Grinding metal with angle grinders.
• Receiving deliveries from vendors, etc.
