Member Service Representative - PT at Greater Somerset County YMCA is an on-site, part-time role in Somerset County, New Jersey. The YMCA is a nonprofit dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. GSCY serves 30,000+ individuals with seven locations and 100 full-time and 950 part-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve members, guests, and program participants in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Act as an ambassador of the Y's Welcoming and Inclusive culture and support the organization's Cause-Driven initiatives.
• Perform computer / administrative tasks to best serve the branch's 10,000+ members.
• Engage with members to provide an exceptional experience from entry to departure.
