System Nursing Initiatives Coordinator
The System Nursing Initiatives Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting multiple system-level, strategic, and operational initiatives within the Center for Nursing Excellence. This includes the coordination and tracking of student pipeline programs, clinical advancement programs, transition-to-practice initiatives, and other system nursing projects. The incumbent will provide project management support to ensure timely execution of deliverables, stakeholder engagement, accurate reporting of key metrics, effective vendor coordination, and alignment with organizational goals. This position will serve as the central point of contact for assigned system nursing program tracking and reporting, while also supporting ad hoc projects, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Center for Nursing Excellence in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field.
2. Two (2) years of experience in project management, healthcare operations or project coordination.
Preferred Qualifications :
1. Project Management Certification (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, PMP).
2. Three (3) years in project management, healthcare operations or project coordination.
3. Experience with data tracking reporting and stakeholder communication.
4. Experience using excel, reporting tools and data management.

Physical Requirements :
