As a Contact Center Representative you will operate in a manageable call volume lower stress work environment and use phone email and written communication to help our customers resolve their questions about our products and programs. We offer on the job training and support so you will be set-up for success when interacting with our customers. You must be proficient in both Spanish and English to be considered for the position.
Schedule : Monday-Friday : 11 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM EST
Location : In-office Bristol PA
