Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of commercial projects, ensuring competitive bids and successful project execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid proposals for commercial projects.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Develop and maintain historical cost data and pricing models.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure budgets align with project goals.
• Prepare presentations and reports to support bid submissions.
• Stay up to date on market trends, costs, and construction methods.
