This is a full-time position for a top-level installer who can lead projects start to finish : ductwork, line sets, controls, commissioning, and system verification. You’ll take pride in your craftsmanship, train and lead helpers, and ensure every job meets Baystate’s elite quality standard.

• Responsibilities
• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC / heat pump installations
• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork and transitions
• Run refrigerant lines, drains, and control wiring with precision
• Wire and program communicating thermostats and control systems
• Perform start-up, testing, and full system verification
• Supervise apprentices and coordinate with project management
• Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and ensure a 5-star customer experience
• Qualifications
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (ducted & ductless)
• Strong working knowledge of Mitsubishi or Bosch inverter systems
• Skilled in low-voltage and communication wiring
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Sheet metal and gas fitting experience preferred
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and clean driving record
• Leadership ability and excellent communication skills
• Compensation & Benefits
• $45–$60 / hr

Pay : $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
