Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' care needs and responses.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment for patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
