Overview
We are seeking a Senior SDET with extensive experience in UI, Web Services, Accessibility , and Mobile Test Automation . The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to develop robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions. The position requires hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, modern programming languages, and accessibility testing tools.
This is a hybrid role with on-site presence required as per project needs

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user stories and acceptance criteria; design and implement in-sprint automated tests for Web / UI, Web Services , and Mobile applications
- Develop automation scripts using tools such as Selenium Cucumber SoapUI , and BDD frameworks
- Build, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks aligned with enterprise best practices.
- Perform accessibility testing using assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Apply knowledge of WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 Section 508 , and ADA accessibility standards.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts with defined expected results.
- Analyze test results and system behavior to identify and document bugs or performance bottlenecks.
- Report and manage defects using JIRA and track them through resolution.
- Execute automated test suites and regression tests via CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Continuously improve and refactor automation code for efficiency and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team meetings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather test data requirements and validate results.
- Stay current with emerging testing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Ensure effective communication of test coverage, status, and quality metrics.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information TechnologyIn lieu of a degree4 additional years of relevant experience
Experience
8–10 years of experience in software development and / or software testingMinimum 5 years in automated testing and framework developmentRequired Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with :Selenium Cucumber BDD
Java JavaScript SQL / PL-SQLAppium for mobile test automationSoapUI or similar for web services / API testingExperience with :Test automation framework design and development
Relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)Writing and debugging complex SQL queriesCI / CD tools like JenkinsDeep understanding of :Accessibility testing tools (WAVE, AXE, CCA)
