Unit Information : Number of Beds : 20 Patient Ratios : 15-18 Equipment : Laptop with 2 monitors EHR : Paragon Supervisor : Samantha Dunlow Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.” : geriatric, adult, and adolescent, women, and infant Hiring Profile : Must Have Skills / Experience : Utilization Management, Utilization Review (InterQual), Discharge Planning, insurance, acute hospital case management experience, recent traveler dyad case management experience Preferred Skillset / Experience : Common Diagnosis / Treatment : CHF, Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, UTI, CVA, Acute Renal Failure Personality Fit : Team player, hard worker, friendly, resourceful, empathetic Required Education : associate’s degree, Bachelor of Nursing preferred Dress Code : Scrub Color : N / A Any unacceptable attire : Jeans, shorts
