Responsibilities

• Advising clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.
• Advising clients on business succession planning.
• Advising clients on state and federal tax matters.
• Charitable planning.
• Trust and estate administration.
• Support with general estate planning matters as part of a senior legal team.
