Job Details
What You’ll Do :
Handle litigation from intake through trial — pleadings, motions, depositions & court appearances
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations & settlement conferences
Draft legal documents & strategize strong case defenses
Communicate clearly with clients, carriers & opposing counsel
Collaborate with partners & senior attorneys to drive results
What We’re Looking For :
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed & in good standing to practice law in Florida
2–8 years’ experience in general liability, professional liability, or civil litigation
Strong legal research, writing & communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
