Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

75 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

The 8 hour shifts have staggered start times. Starting times are 7, 730, 8, and 9.

The call shift during the week starts at 5 : 30 and ends at 7 : 30 the next morning.

Saturday and Sunday call is 24 hours and is 8-8.

We do not do full weekends of call…just one day so it usually turns out to be 2-3 weekend days per month (again not full weekends).

5X8 EOW Weekend

If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between sign date and start date, this must be communicated to the AM at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested.

We will still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp

Return Staff Policy (must be gone 2 yrs to return as traveler)

Maximum days off : 7 days

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - 1 required for submission
