We are a successful family-owned and operated restaurant company. We are seeking a Restaurant Executive Chef with a background in scratch kitchen Italian. They will lead our new Upscale Casual restaurant in the western suburbs of Cincinnati. The Restaurant Executive Chef will need to be high-energy, a hands-on leader, and a mentor to our team. - 5+ years Executive Chef experience in upscale dining
- Ability to lead by example with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a chef-driven environment with established systems
- Skilled in leading and developing one's team
- Experienced in the luxury dining segment of the industry
