Job description

We’re are looking for confident, aggressive and motivated individuals to help expand our residential client base. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and being rewarded for your results — this could be the perfect opportunity and a great start to gain experience in outside sales!

What You’ll Do :

  • Engage with homeowners to offer pest control and home protection services.
  • Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Recommend custom service plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline independently.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

What We’re Looking For :

  • A self starter who is hungry, driven, and has an outgoing personality.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new people.
  • Previous sales experience is great — but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
