We are passionate and excited about how we can develop and utilize new technologies to shape and inspire changes within an ever-growing marketplace. As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations team.

What You'll Be Doing :

Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.

  • Manage responsibility for all production activities at the site, including manufacturing, planning, logistics, and proper maintenance.
  • Optimize overall manufacturing performance and solve longer term site problems in areas of SHE, output, efficiency, yield and quality.
  • Manage complex problems and troubleshooting with other departments.
  • Take a lead role in any emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with all departments on site, site senior team, sales, purchasing and supply chain on manufacturing and related matters as well as HSE, and external auditors.
  • Manage the overall performance of the department including objective setting, appraisals, training, development, recognition and discipline up to and including dismissal. Direct reports will include managers, team leaders and graduates.
  • Manage annual cost budget for department.
  • Align all aspects of department performance including SHE, QA and customer service.
  • Take a lead role in continuously improving effectiveness of manufacturing operations including costs, people and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices.
  • Work closely with the management and production team with a strong focus quality, safety and efficiency.

  • Extensive experience and expertise in manufacturing processes and products within a cGMP environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of SHE, engineering and quality regulation.
  • Experience with financial systems for cost control, product costing and site profitability.
  • High level of interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated management and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Degree in technical relevant discipline.
