Responsibilities :
- This position is primarily responsible for providing accurate and professional customer service
- Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization
- Maintains a positive attitude and establishes effective relationships with clients, carriers, and agency personnel
- Maintains a thorough understanding of commercial P&C insurance exposures / rating / coverage and forms
- Reviews contracts
