We are seeking a dynamic Managed Services Account Executive to drive revenue growth and build lasting client partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of clients using our Marketing On Demand platforms to support large-scale print and fulfillment programs, working closely with Project Managers and Site Implementation Managers to ensure programs run smoothly and client expectations are met.
Shift available : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm, with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
The role requires a self-motivated mindset, a passion for developing long-term relationships, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services on time.
Responsibilities
- Develop business within client accounts by cultivating relationships and understanding client needs and expectations for Smartpress deliverables.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to assigned clients to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the assigned Project Manager and implementation teams to communicate client expectations and ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to required standards.
- Maintain positive ongoing client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
- Perform miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by management.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs; travel to client operations as needed.
- Partner with the Business Development Account Executive to understand the current pipeline and transition plans.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent print or retail industry experience in a sales role.A minimum of 5 years industry experience with a proven track record in growing a customer base and expanding sales with existing customers.To get hired at The Bernard Group, you MUST be
