Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

• Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts .

• 2+ years of substantive experience in real estate transactions .

• Proven experience handling purchase and sale agreements , property management agreements , and leasing agreements .

• Joint venture experience is preferred , as well as borrower-side financing experience .

• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to navigate complex transactions efficiently and cultivate meaningful client relationships.

• Ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to contribute to the firm's growing national practice.

• Strong law firm or clerking experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.

• Assist in joint ventures and borrower-side financing transactions.

• Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate matters, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

• Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys on high-value real estate deals.
