Position Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead analytics for our Active Health Management initiatives. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, guiding analytics strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable outcomes in support of our clinical and business goals.

The successful candidate will deliver data-driven insights and key performance indicators to support our program's strategy. They must synthesize strategic insights for leadership, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, solve new problems, and prioritize deliverables based on value. They must exhibit independent judgment, leverage subject matter experts, and influence executive decision-making with strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies to support programs, including member engagement, clinical outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Clinical Program Leads, Product Managers, Data Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership to define KPIs, design experiments, and evaluate program performance.
• Directly and indirectly manage a team of analysts and data scientists, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and career development.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Partner with escalations, monitoring, enterprise analytics and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Pay Range :

The typical pay range for this role is : $82,940.00 - $182,549.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
