GIS Developer

A company is looking for a GIS Developer (Artificial Intelligence Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

Support the client's Resource Uses, Decisions, and Description (RUDD) Program by creating a Small Language Model to process land use planning documents

Provide metadata, reports, data, code, scripts, and system documentation as requested to support tasks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum of two years of application development experience

Experience using AI and Small Language Models

Familiarity with programming / scripting languages such as R, Python, VBA, or VB.Net

Experience with metadata standards and methods, including quality checks and publishing metadata
