Healthcare Support is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Duties : Delivers skilled nursing care through in-home visits to support healing and manage chronic conditions. Performs initial OASIS assessments and follow-up visits as scheduled or clinically indicated. Educates patients and families on disease progression and effective care management. Manages a daily caseload of 3–5 in-home visits, based on patient needs and scheduling. Efficiently applies HCHB EMR experience to ensure accurate and timely documentation. Required :

• Minimum 1 year of recent, full-time geriatric home health RN experience (PRN not accepted)
