About The Position
Chief of Otolaryngology - Build a Regional ENT Program | $830k Income + $200k Bonus

Lead the Vision :
- Chief-level role with 30% protected administrative time
- Build and scale a regional ENT service line across multiple sites
- Big Picture : Current staffing = 7 MDs, 2 APPs; Plans to add 7 MDs and 4 APPs
- Teach medical students and residents if desired (academic title included)
- Earning potential $830K+ (based on actual production by peers)
- $200,000 sign-on bonus for 5-year commitment
- Full suite of benefits : health, malpractice with tail, 403(b), life, CME
- 4- or 5-day workweek with 1-2 dedicated OR days (block time guaranteed)
- Full surgical support including robotics and modern OR suites
- Locum supported call ensures it will never fall below 1 : 4
- Bread and butter ENT with optional subspecialty work (Head & Neck, Inspire, etc.)
- Patient backlog already built in - walk into demand on day one
