$500,000 to $950,000 per year

About The Position

Chief of Otolaryngology - Build a Regional ENT Program | $830k Income + $200k Bonus

If you've ever said, "I could run this place better," now's your chance. This role isn't about fitting into a box-it's about building the box yourself and leading a program with the resources to back you up.

Lead the Vision :

  • Chief-level role with 30% protected administrative time
  • Build and scale a regional ENT service line across multiple sites
  • Big Picture : Current staffing = 7 MDs, 2 APPs; Plans to add 7 MDs and 4 APPs
  • Teach medical students and residents if desired (academic title included)
  • Earning potential $830K+ (based on actual production by peers)
  • $200,000 sign-on bonus for 5-year commitment
  • Full suite of benefits : health, malpractice with tail, 403(b), life, CME
  • 4- or 5-day workweek with 1-2 dedicated OR days (block time guaranteed)
  • Full surgical support including robotics and modern OR suites
  • Locum supported call ensures it will never fall below 1 : 4
  • Bread and butter ENT with optional subspecialty work (Head & Neck, Inspire, etc.)
  • Patient backlog already built in - walk into demand on day one
