Accounting Analyst

Location : Downtown Columbus, OH

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and reconcile client invoices

Enter client expenses and manage attorney expense reports

Create billing schedules and conduct billing analyses

Review billing accuracy and resolve inquiries

Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements

Track payments and generate aging reports

Maintain accurate physical and electronic accounting records

Complete quarterly CAT reports and assist with 1099 processing / new vendor setup

Manage trust accounts and retainer payments

Support attorneys and staff with additional accounting / administrative needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field (non-negotiable; MBA preferred)

2–5 years of experience in accounting support roles

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
