Our client is a well-established real estate developer that has shaped Miami’s skyline for over 20 years. Although a small team of about 30 employees, they take on major projects, and their long employee tenures reflect a dynamic and rewarding work culture.

The Projects :

Their portfolio predominantly focuses on high value multifamily and condominiums but also includes office and single-family properties. They have played a key role in creating some of Miami’s most iconic buildings, managing over $5 billion worth of real estate.

The Role :

We are seeking a Project Manager to act as the eyes and ears on these developments, reporting directly to the Project Executive. The right candidate will have experience leading complex and luxurious projects from ground-breaking to completion. Our client is open to someone from either a General Contractor or Real Estate Developer background.
