Job descriptionBuild and maintain trusted partnerships with leaders, supporting the effective implementation of HR programs and talent processes. Collaborate with HR Practice Centers to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. Work with the division Talent Organizational Consultant to deliver development programs, including succession planning and leadership development. Partner with Compensation on annual planning and provide guidance on market competitiveness and internal equity. Support onboarding programs across functions and the division. Coach and advise managers on a wide range of employee lifecycle matters. Guide leaders through annual performance cycles, ensuring consistency in goal setting and performance assessments. Support change management initiatives, including communication planning and transition support. Analyze engagement survey results (Your Voice Counts) and partner with leadership to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement. Use internal and external HR metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a matrixed or global organization. Strong business acumen and ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP / SCP). Experience supporting global leaders and utilizing HR information systems and data analytics.

This position is based at our Lake Forest, IL location within the Corporate Human Resources (CHR) division. We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support two global client groupsRegulatory and R&Dwithin our Core Diagnostics division. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with leaders across these functions to drive impactful people strategies and foster a high-performance culture.

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
