Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and profitability by developing replenishment strategies and optimizing stock levels

Collaborate with Merchant and Planning teams to align on inventory targets and track performance metrics

Manage vendor relationships and resolve purchase order issues to maintain optimal inventory levels

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on replenishment planning experience

Fluent in inventory planning concepts, retail math, and demand forecasting best practices

Proficient in Excel for data analysis and decision-making

Hold a four-year college degree or equivalent

Comfortable working in an AI-forward environment
