Skills\nCurrent State License as a Physical Therapist - Required\nProof of current CPR certification - Required\nCurrent driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required\n1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required\nPrevious home care experience - Preferred\n\nHCHB EMR preferred\n\nEducation\nBachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
