Position Overview
The Service Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with our commercial and industrial HVAC clients. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, increasing service revenue, and providing exceptional support to clients in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the HVAC sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new clients.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of HVAC services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor service contracts and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and service metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in account management or sales within the HVAC industry.Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including AC solutions for commercial and industrial applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on account performance.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits
