Loan Closer

A company is looking for a Closer.

Key Responsibilities

Review loan files to ensure all conditions are cleared for closing

Prepare and verify closing documents and ensure compliance with guidelines

Maintain a closing pipeline and close a minimum of 80 loans per month

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of recent residential closing experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in the mortgage industry

Encompass LOS experience strongly preferred
