In this vital role, you will act as a key liaison between clients, technicians, and doctors—ensuring a smooth, efficient, and supportive experience for both our clients and our veterinary team.
This position combines administrative tasks, client communication, and coordination of veterinary services. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, love working with animals and people, and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service in veterinary care, we would love to meet you!

What to Expect :
About you :
The ideal candidate has prior experience on the clinical floor in a veterinary setting and demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Technical veterinary technician skills are required, including the ability to assist with patient care as needed. Confident in their medical knowledge and client service abilities, this candidate can schedule all appointment types, refill medications, and answer basic client questions. This role is essential in ensuring clear communication between pet owners and the medical team while helping maintain smooth hospital operations in a fast-paced environment.

Depending on level of experience - $19.50-$24.00 an hour.
Anticipated Schedule :
This is a Full-Time position :
4 days a week / 8-hour shifts plus a rotating Saturday
