What you'll do

  • Perform initial evaluations and establish plans of care
  • Deliver direct patient care
  • Collaborate with PTAs, aides, and front office staff

    • Qualifications

  • Current California PT license (required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently in a supportive environment
  • Orthopedic experience preferred — new grads encouraged to apply

    • Compensations & Benefits

    💰 Part-Time : $55–$80 / hour (DOE), accrued PTO

    💰 Full-Time : $100K–$180K salary (DOE) Revenue Sharing Oppurtunity

    ✅ 401k with match, PTO, paid holidays, medical coverage

    ✅ $1,000 / year CEU allowance
