Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Proven experience in managing construction projects
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
