General Orthopedic Surgeon Opening - Roswell, New Mexico Details : - Full-Time, permanent position- Practice of 2 physicians and 2 PAs- Mixed Staff of 3 CSC and 3MA's- Orthopedic clinic is conveniently located on the hospital campus- Hospital is a 27-bed facility recognized w / an A Hospital Safety Grade in November 2023 from The LeapFrog Group- Open MRI and X-ray on site- Clinic up to 3 days / week, surgery 1-2 days / week- Expected Patient Load : 20-25 a day- Call is 10 days / mo.- Epic EMR Comp / Benefits : - Base Salary + wRVU production incentive- CME allowance- Sign-on bonus- Medical debt assistance - Relocation allowance- Residency stipend- Paid malpractice coverage- Health benefits + Retirement plan- Marketing + practice growth assistance
