Travel Cath Lab Tech - $3,328 per week in Rapid City, SD

Job Title : Cath Lab Tech Profession : Cath Lab Tech Specialty : Cardiac Cath Lab Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 10 Hour Days Hours per Shift : 40 Experience : 2 years minimum with coronary, structural heart, complex PCI, and peripheral experience License : Tech : AA / AAS Degree Certifications : Cath Lab Tech : BLS, ACLS, RT or equivalent or RCIS Must-Have : - Minimum of 2 years of experience in coronary, complex PCI, and peripheral procedures - Ability to perform table movement (panning) - Arrhythmia recognition and treatment skills - Critical patient assessment skills Description : The Cath Lab has 2 labs and performs a range of procedures including diagnostic cath procedures and complex interventions. Candidates must have experience managing patient types such as coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, and valvular disease. The unit supports advanced interventions including Impella and LVAD insertions. Patient-to-nurse ratios are 1 : 1. This position requires no floating to interventional radiology. Weekend rotation is required, with on-call responsibilities 1-2 days per week and every fourth weekend. Approval for time off must go through the manager. Expectations may include holiday coverage as needed.
