Our team consists of occupational therapists with all different backgrounds. Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Bayside team, which has been a staple in the community. You'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with access to state-of-the-art equipment, cutting-edge treatment approaches, and a diverse caseload. Our practice is committed to empowering both our patients and our clinicians, ensuring you can focus on what matters most—helping people move better and live pain-free.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, and functional training.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records in our AI-powered EMR system that reduces documentation time by up to 85%.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, other healthcare professionals, and internal team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Contribute to our culture of learning through mentorship, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Current New York State Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
