From a husband and wife ran private practice, we have grown our reputation in the local community by prioritizing exceptional quality care with each and every patient we see. 20 years in the making, we now have 10 different locations throughout Long Island / Queens / NYC and 250+ employees dedicated to improving the lives of patients in the local community.

Our team consists of occupational therapists with all different backgrounds. But the common denominator, is that we're all GOOD people, who care about what we do, and are passionate about improving the lives of our patients.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Bayside team, which has been a staple in the community. You'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with access to state-of-the-art equipment, cutting-edge treatment approaches, and a diverse caseload. Our practice is committed to empowering both our patients and our clinicians, ensuring you can focus on what matters most—helping people move better and live pain-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records in our AI-powered EMR system that reduces documentation time by up to 85%.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, other healthcare professionals, and internal team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Contribute to our culture of learning through mentorship, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.
