Job Description
Location : Hybrid – 2 days onsite weekly in Plano, TX 75024 (Legacy West)
Contract Length : 6 months with potential for extension
We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist adept in Strategic Sourcing for IT /
Technology / Software with a strong background in managing software and professional services suppliers, driving cost savings, negotiating complex contracts, and optimizing supplier relationships across the technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Contract Negotiation & Management :
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and contract lifecycle management for IT software and professional services agreements
- Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, renewals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) with key internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external vendors
- Initiate and manage RFX processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ) to evaluate new suppliers and services
