This position will support day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for staff across multiple departments
- Review and validate employee time entries, overtime, and pay adjustments
- Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting
- Research and resolve payroll-related questions or discrepancies
- Assist with special payments and provide general accounting support as needed
