Job description

Job Overview :

Search Solution Group is seeking an Account Manager on behalf of our client, a premier provider of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This pivotal role is responsible for managing regional accounts and driving sales for advanced equipment solutions such as Wafer Probers, Dicers, PGs, CMPs, and Grinders. As a key contributor to the sales team, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in customer relationship management, business development, and executing strategic sales initiatives to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all regional accounts related to Wafer Prober, Dicer, PG, CMP, and Grinder machines.
  • Perform all sales-related tasks as directed by Sales Management.
  • Identify and develop new customer accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Qualify and pursue global sales opportunities within key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, bulk purchase agreements, and other legal contracts.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to secure new business.
  • Coordinate customer visits with technical center and factory personnel.
  • Arrange and manage product demos and benchmarking activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with current and prospective customers about ongoing and upcoming opportunities.
  • Oversee follow-up on system deliveries, address customer issues, and track enhancement requests.
  • Work with Customer Support personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events as a representative of the company.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.
  • Generate system configuration quotes tailored to customer needs.
  • Travel as needed to support sales and customer engagement.
  • Perform all other related duties as required.

Requirements Include :

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Experience :

  • Minimum of 7 years in sales and account management, with a strong preference for capital equipment sales within the semiconductor or related high-tech industries.
  • Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong mathematical and technical aptitude.
  • Certifications :

  • Not required but industry certifications in sales, technical product knowledge, or semiconductor processes are a plus.
  • Knowledge :

  • In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and related equipment.
  • Ability to interpret complex sales scenarios and technical requirements.
  • Legal understanding of contract terms and negotiations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High-level decision-making and independent judgment.
  • Ability to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
