Logistics Generalist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Generalist to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics activities, ensuring timely material flow, and supporting cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include :

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Support logistics planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve delivery issues and optimize transportation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Work Environment :

The work environment includes both office and manufacturing settings. Multiple shifts are available : 1st shift (7 AM to 4 PM), 2nd shift (12 PM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, or 4 PM to 12 AM). Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, KY. Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.48 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
