Position Summary
The Shop Tech / Equipment Maintenance Tech reports directly to, and is responsible for providing support to, the Assistant Manager and / or Operations Manager. The Shop Tech will perform the following major job functions.
- Work on all rental equipment (clean / inspect / repair)
- Provide support on all trailers (Decon & T / A)
Essential Responsibilities, includes but are not limited to
Working under limited supervisionDiagnosing and repairing of all equipmentFollowing safety rules and recommendationsPulling all job orders correctlyCleaning and Maintain all trailers (Decon, T / A, Ect.)Making sure all jobs coming in and going out are accurateWill be assigned facilities maintenance duties as neededKeeping shop and work areas clean and free of hazardsFollow all Company Standard Operating Procedures (S. O. P.)Additional duties as assigned.Willingness to travel a must.SAFER Competencies

High School Diploma or G.E.DTwo plus years industrial equipment maintenance and / or assembly experience.Ability to read blueprints and schematicsInterpersonal skills (e.g., ability to clearly communicate with other employees and Supervisors / Managers)Adhering to all safety practicesPhysical Demands
