Job description

Initially, the hourly commitment will be on average 10 hours / week .

What will you be engaged in day-to-day :

  • Developing, implementing, and executing pay-per-click (PPC) strategies and campaigns for our pharma-focused clients across various platforms, including Google Ads. Serving as our internal specialist on campaign and bid management tools to manage all keywords, ad groups, ads, etc.
  • Performing detailed data analysis of ad performance and conversion data, using insights to inform, recommend, and report out on strategies to improve results over time.
  • Conducting keyword research and developing ad copy while refining targeting strategies and optimizing paid search campaigns through competitive analysis.
  • Monitoring and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance data (e.g., impressions, clicks) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for scaling.
  • Optimizing campaigns by adjusting bids, refining targeting, and conducting A / B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Presenting findings to client.
  • Staying up to date on best practices, new features, and changes in paid media platforms to ensure campaigns are always optimized and utilizing the latest tools.
  • Collaborating with clients, agency partners, internal team members to execute the vision of the media plan and ensure that client accounts are maintaining performance against stated objectives. Rolling up your sleeves to implement the media plan.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

What will help you excel in this role :

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years of demonstrated pharmaceutical and / or healthcare media planning across all channels (online and offline), along with extensive digital experience with social and paid media search skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Semrush.
  • Solid acumen of Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, social media advertising, and remarketing / retargeting.
  • Proficiency in setting up and optimizing paid search and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with A / B testing, ad copy optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Being a self-starter, with the ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional and agency partner teams.
  • Proficiency with data, analytics, and measurement.
  • A resourceful, curious, creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Having a collaborative spirit but also able to work independently.
  • A detail-oriented approach and the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
