What are expected ratios? 1 : 3-4

Special requirements : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required; variable day / evening shifts. This contract would not include night shifts. The shifts I am needing covered would be from 0700-1930, 1000-2230, and 1200-0030.
