What are we looking for?

Marine Travelift Mid-Atlantic is excited to be adding a full-time field service technician to our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing services to domestic Marine Travelift & Shuttlelift customers and equipment. As a tech, you will work 40-60 hours / week and travel at least 75% of the time. Most travel will occur in Virginia, North Carolina, & South Carolina.

As a Field Service Technician, you will…

• Erect new equipment at customer sites and provide customer training on equipment usage and proper maintenance.
• Conduct field inspections on equipment previously purchased and provide feedback to the customer.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports and parts list from inspections to the CustomerCare team.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks on machines currently in service at customer sites.
• Complete all other duties and responsibilities that are assigned.
