Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Family Practice MD in Klamath Falls, Oregon, 97601!

Pay Information

$240,000 to $250,000 per year

About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct patient care, including preventive care, primary diagnosis, treatment, and inpatient care when appropriate.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and health screenings.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in medical records as per clinic protocols.
  • Provide call coverage and inpatient care per contractual obligations.
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and clinic safety standards.

Qualifications :

  • Board certified or eligible in family medicine.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a primary healthcare environment, preferably in medically underserved communities and community health center settings.
  • Current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon, including DEA license and CPR certification.
  • Relevant knowledge of health center licensing and operations, especially within a FQHC environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
