Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist, you'll manage receivables and focus on engaging with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. You'll navigate sensitive situations with tact, resolve complex account issues, and contribute directly to the success of our team by maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Analyze account discrepancies, collaborate with internal teams, and provide solutions to keep everything running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver regular reports on collections activity and account success.
